Simplified returns โ Easy re-import of rejected/returned goods without complex duty issues.
Single-window support โ All export formalities (documentation, certification, packaging) under one roof.
Access to export incentives โ Eligible for Duty Drawback, RoDTEP, RoSCTL refunds via e-commerce channels.
Credit & finance support โ Up to 90% guarantee coverage on e-commerce export credit, interest subvention up to 2.75%.
Courier exports made easier โ Higher value limits for courier-mode exports, ideal for D2C and marketplace sellers.

MSME exporters with valid IEC & Udyam Registration, artisans, small manufacturers, D2C brands and e-commerce sellers looking to go global.

How to avail?
Exporters are encouraged to operate through notified ECEHs. Proposals for setting up ECEHs are invited by DGFT (Trade Notice 14/2025). Financial assistance up to 30% of project cost (max โน10 crore) available.
