Temporary Job or Permanent Job - What is the difference?

What AI said
"A permanent job offers long-term stability, comprehensive benefits, and a steady salary with no set end date. In contrast, a temporary job lasts for a short, predetermined period to cover specific business needs, often paying an hourly rate through a contract with fewer or no traditional employee benefits."
My question is, who prefers temporary jobs? Employee or Employer?
Keeping it temporary for multiple years, the big companies save a lot of wage expenses in their financial statement. Of course, poor wages meant workers' money got looted.
Then Companies keep on claiming non-availability of a labor force and will say, "Today's generation are Lazy and greedy."
The public sector and government are worse to the core than the private companies. An assistant professor in Govt. College receives 1.8 lakhs per month as salary. The same job done by a guest lecturer, so-called temporary worker, receives 15 k per month.
From Sathunavu Aaya to TASMAC workers, they were given false assurance and exploited.
JUST BRING ONE ACT: ONE JOB, ONE SALARY, where BENEFITS MUST BE THE SAME FOR ONE JOB, irrespective of whether it is permanent or temporary.
1. More commited workers companies will get
2. No need to spend more for a "permanent" employee without performance
3. Employee empowerment through more training and more responsibility
4. It is a real Social justice
