Last week, I had two conversations.
Both stayed with me.

The first was with a young professional—early in his career.
Good job. Stable income.
Everything looked “right.”
But he said,
“Ma’am… I’m not happy. I want to try something else.”

I asked, “What’s stopping you?”
He didn’t hesitate.
“I don’t want to wait till everything is perfect.
I’ll figure it out on the way.”
