Benefits of PMS Scheme to MSME's

The Procurement and Marketing Support (PMS) Scheme helps MSMEs with market access, participation in trade fairs/exhibitions, vendor‑development, packaging and bar‑code adoption, e‑commerce onboarding and capacity building — with financial assistance (subsidies/reimbursements) for space rent, registration fees, publicity, bar‑code costs and related contingency expenses for eligible micro and small enterprises.


Scope and objective

The scheme promotes new market‑access initiatives including organization/participation in national and international trade fairs, MSME expos, and vendor development programs to help MSEs find buyers and channels.

It also covers capacity building: packaging improvements, bar‑code adoption, e‑commerce enablement, workshops/seminars, and awareness on GeM, import‑export procedures and market techniques.

Who is eligible

Individual manufacturing and service Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) with a valid Udyam Registration are eligible to apply
