Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Customer Relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer enquiries, Follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain customer records and provide regular updates

Requirements :
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
