We are Looking for an Telecalling Executive

Location - Coimbatore
Experience - 0-2 years of experience

Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role (freshers may apply)
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills
